POSITION CONTROL

The system always knows the exact position of the valve under all circumstances. Unlike air-operated valves, the volume of product is guaranteed (0-100%). This process is controlled in such a way that every valve can be used as a control valve.

In the case of mixproof double seat valves, the upper and lower plug are moved separately from each other. This means that the leakage space can be opened variably. This ensures that the flush is adjustable.

Control of forces

Due to the control of the forces in the actuator, it is not necessary to have a balanced plug. This ensures a slimmer construction of the valve, which gives more freedom in the dimensioning of the piping.
